"Lovely hotel in an excellent location, the room is small but has everything you need for a short break . The shower was really small so larger people may struggle in there but the water pressure was great and a lovely rain shower too. We booked a sea view room which as we were on the 1st floor this was only if you looked to the side , the balcony is also small but we still really enjoyed our stay, as we were only there 2 nights we didn’t ask for a different room. "We have just stayed 7 nights as a family of 4 at this amazing hotel and loved it! The family room was spacious, elegantly decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. They provided high end Molten Brown toiletries, soft cotton towels/robes, and luxurious bedding.
The breakfast was generous and delicious especially the pancakes and fruit juices. Above all, the staff is what make this hotel extra special. They are warm, welcoming and hospitable. They worked so hard and went above and beyond to look after us.Dimitri , Tina, Yana, the house keeping lady, and the chef- Thank you SO much for everything.

"Great place to stay in Kefalonia. Rooms are very big, clean and modern. Nikos was great, friendly and helpful and was able to help us whenever we needed something. Easy car parking out the front and a short walk down to the main part of Argostoli. Highly recommend Anthemis Living. "
"Apartments were traditional basic Greek, as we expected. But we’re clean and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The pool and loungers were wonderful - a real key attraction. Not too busy and easily got a longer even in the middle of August. At the pool bar, the food and service was great.
Only minor comments are that the bar could be pricey - certainly not somewhere you would want to purchase from all day. But we knew this from other reviews. Also, it is up a big hill. But it is manageable if you are of reasonable fitness, but you wouldn’t want to do it multiple times a day, particularly with kids. So just plan for it!! Taxis were about 7 euros.

"Our stay was short but comfortable and very satisfying. My young son and I went to a concert and came into town for one night. The price was reasonable as well. We will be back as we frequently go to argostoli. Location is perfect for nighttime food and strolls. Glad we picked it. (If you do stay please don’t slam your doors in the mornings. It’s a beautiful marble classic hotel with wood doors so the halls echo dramatically). Breakfast was delightful as well. We had two twin beds. Mattresses could be softer but that won’t keep us from returning. Highly recommend this hotel for a few days in town. (Our home is about an hour away.)"
