「The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was situated on the main road of Lassi so easy for walking to the shops and restaurants . It has access to a beach and bar down a track and also a short walk from the main beach in Lassi. We had a fantastic stay for a week and will return again without a doubt. 」

「As soon as I arrived they knew my name. They take great pride in their apartments and it shows. The room was spotless and the pictures don't do them justice when it comes to the overall look and feel. The breakfast was also very good value for money and the restaurant by the pool was a lovely quiet spot in the morning to enjoy it. 「Located a few minutes drive from the airport, with impressive 180 degree views over the ocean and airport. Have an aerial view of planes landing and taking off. Due to the height of the hotel, there is no issue with noise. The pool is one of the best. A decent length and width. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious, the only small negative was that they smell a little musty.」

「Had an amazing family holiday in Kefalonia staying at Niko Studios. We were welcomed on arrival, apartment was stocked with essentials (and some non essentials!) and very clean. Can't fault at all. Location is perfect, just off the main strip so everything you need is walking distance including an abundance of restaurants. Beaches are a short walk and a supermarket opposite. Would easily stay here again.」

「We had an excellent week in room with double bed. Area is quiet and it was possible sleep window open. Balcony was big enough and all was clean. Only minus is small space for shower. Host is one of the most friendly person ever met」
