"The staff was efficient and personable. It’s a two minute walk to the red line and a 10 minutes to the blue line. You get shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The building is old, but the water pressure is great and the water temperature is better. The bed was comfortable. "

"The view from my 22nd floor room was great, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. There is one thing that could be improved, however. When I got in I was desperate for a caffeine fix. I do not drink coffee, only tea. However, there was no tea bag with the coffee maker, only coffee. When I informed staff they said that I could get it at the bar. For $6.00. Normally I bring tea with me, had I done so this would not be an issue."
