「Overall is good, clean, silent, relatively nice location, with dryer and washing machine in each room, and also nice workers. However, the most horrible thing is that on one day, after the hotel's cleaning work, the worker FAILED TO LOCK OUR ROOM. It's only discoverred when we were back. Luckily we had nothing loss. This is totally unacceptable as I have never met with such situation all over the world in my travelling in the past.」

「Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...
