Couldn't fault a thing! The room was clean, modern, high tech, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel's restaurant was fabulous and the hotel staff.... amazing! The valet parking was a breeze and very welcomed. Proximity to the Mall is within short walking distance and it's in a safe area. This is probably the best hotel we've stayed in around Australia. We will make this our go-to for all future visits to Adelaide.

Really happy with the hotel stay. The location, cleanliness, ambience, food - all perfect. Most importantly the staff particularly Tabish (if I got her name correct !) at the front office was extremely professional and suave. The only downside was that phone service through iPad wasn’t connecting which impacted the service response times. Minor issue though and am sure ephemeral. In a nutshell, definitely the best accomodation option in Adelaide

Everything about this hotel is exceptional - from the concierge staff, the valet staff and the restaurant staff. We rate this the finest hotel we have stayed in for many, many years. We had 2 stays in the last week and both times, we were so impressed with everything. The welcome drink on arrival was very much appreciated also! Our room was beautifully set up, the shower was fantastic and the room technology was excellent. The bed was very comfy and pillows were perfect. The restaurant meals were delicious and the breakfast couldn't be falted. The location is perfect - only a few minutes' walk to Rundle Mall. Highly recommend The Oval Hotel.
