「We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. 「The safe in the closet it's a joke... they need safe sizes for laptops. Smaller rooms don't have a desk neither a chair in the room. The keyless entry is absurd, residential style, not hotel style. Everything else was very nice!」
