「Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Istanbul. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen aber nicht Mitten im Zentrum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und was mir immer gefällt wenn ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer steht. Man konnte per Whats App Nachrichten schreiben wenn man was gebraucht hat, wie eine Restaurant Reservierung, Handtücher etc. Das hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir würden zu 100% wieder dort übernachten. 「Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment.
From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. Thanks to him, our impression of Istanbul and Türkiye became incredibly positive.
