Very cool hotel well decorated in a very animated street !! Right behind the galaport promenade lots and lots of food and drinks options around ! Can be a bit noisy but overall very enjoyable if you want to stay out late you are already where the fun is ! The room is of decent size clean and well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, breakfast is good and the people working there are lovely and helpful!!

Hotel is clean and quiet, except for the nightly buzzing on the streets which didn't bother me. Only one room key per room is offered, given the tight security. My request to get another room key but was declined. Didn't opt for breakfast. Great location in Karakoy. Spoiled for choice for restaurants/pubs. Short walking distance to the Tophane tram stop (T1 line). Once you access this line you can go to all the tourist locations easily. Easily walkable to the pier to catch the ferry. Overall, great location for Istanbul touring.

Lovely, helpful staff, amazing location. Fab room, exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Super clean, really comfortable bed. I went for breakfast in the morning and when I got back my room was made up, that was a great surprise. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

Insgesamt besteht in mehreren Bereichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

The property is well located to both the Tram 1 and the cruise port for those beginning or ending their cruise travels. Transportation to the airport was available (at a cost) but made arriving for an early flight less stressful. Reception is available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast is European style, but nice that it is available. Restaurants and bars are plentiful and within easy walking distance. Noise from nearby clubs/restaurants can be heard but we were able to sleep without interruption. Would stay here again, if ever in Istanbul.

The hotel is set back away from a street cars can use. There are plenty of restaurants right near there, within walking distance. The cruise port is only a short walk to Galata Cruise Port. The dinner cruise boats are about 20 minutes away for an easy walk. Breakfast was good and staff was excellent.
