"Room was gross. Stains on all surfaces, sticky floors, no chairs for the table. No towels were provided, I had to text some weird number to ask for a towel, I only got it two days later. No internal lock on door. Bugs in bath tub. Had I been travelling with a companion, I would have found a new place to stay. "

"Airport shuttle was easy to find and checking in on the after hours kiosk was straight forward. Air conditioning was perfect for the unusual warm temps in March. Check out was effortless."

"Conveniently located near freeway exits, but traffic noise didn’t keep us awake at night, and the area felt safe. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was adequate for making simple meals, and additional appliances like crock pots and rice cookers were available to borrow; the full size fridge and freezer was a big plus. We didn’t use the fitness center, pool, or BBQ grill area, so we can't speak to that. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we had no problem getting fresh towels or more tp when we aaked. Extra shout out to evening reception desk attendant Theresa, who went out of her way to hunt up a folding chair so both of us could work at the desk in our room at the same time. Would definitely stay here again."
