「We loved the spacious room and the kitchenette, location was convenient and quiet. The breakfast bar is a huge benefit, however, it needs to be monitored better. I mentioned the coffee was not hot on the first morning and the attendant just fluffed it off and the second morning there were not any sausage biscuits. Otherwise the hotel was clean and well cared for.」

The room was clean and spacious; bed and pillows were comfy; the breakfast and evening reception food was tasty; and I loved the soda machine and snacks, especially while watching the Broncos game! Check in and check out went very smoothly and while the hotel was very busy with dancers and hockey players - there was a fun atmosphere and everyone seemed to be having a good time and a great stay. 「Staff was excellent. The Junior suite was not ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us to a suite. My family was ecstatic. Great room. The suite was incredible. The room key attached through my cell phone was a very convenient feature. The entire stay was A+++」

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...
