「Todo muy bien, excepto que la persona del cuarto de abajo fumaba, entrando el humo en mi cuarto, en la madrugada y en las tardes. A pesar de avisar muchas veces a recepción, el tipo nunca dejó de fumar generando un desagradable olor en el cuerto…sugiere reforzar las acciones para hacer respetar el código de no fumar, ya que afecta a terceros en temas de salud y confort 」
