「Great as ever」

「My daughter and I decided to have a few nights away and as we had the sun on our side for the week we decided to stay in the UK. We came across this hotel and although expensive we decided we weren't paying for flights and booked two nights. How very special from the moment we arrived and had our car parked for us. Lovely Zara and Eugania helped with our check in and showed us around the hotel, outdoor pool and spa. What a wow factor when we were shown to our Croquet room, all air conditioned,...

「Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)」

「Great location, polite team. Unfortunately for the rate it’s a dated room with bath and hand shower head. This sits under a sloping roof and meant no stand up showing.」

「Brilliant stay here.. beautiful country location but close to the town. The ladies who greeted us and looked after us were friendly, accommodating and just genuinely great people. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope we will be back」
