"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our experience was 10/10. The staffwe exceptional, the property stunning and facilities surpassed expectation. The Westin is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Its pool area is sunken and surrounded by beautiful trees and walkways. The water feature cuts most of the outside noise so you are able to relax. The beds are luxurious as is the linen. Rooms are spotless and beautifully appointed. We certainly could not fault the property and...

"Although our room wasn't facing the Twin Tower of KL but we were on highfloor. Able to see the lanscape of KL. Room was spacious and love that there is a bathtub. The swimming pool area is a nice spot too at level 33. Overlooking the Twin Tower. The day we went swimming, it was raining however we were able to swim due to it being indoor Will come back again"

"Property looks fabulous. Staffs are very friendly. Few dining option. Need more international dining option. And few more food varieties for late night food for In-room dining menu. Overall Everything was fantastic. Had a lovely time in Ritz-Carlton "

"Wonderful lobby area that is breathtaking to behold. The rooms are very large ... however this is an old property and this is noticeable in the rooms that could do with a makeover. However the lobby area is exceptional. And makes up for everything. Great service as well. Hospitality gets top marks!"
