「It's a great hotel for us to stay one night for our flight transfer. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is powerful, and the staff are friendly. A free city bus to KLIA and KLIA2 runs every 30 minutes starting from 6am. Walk out of the hotel, turn right and turn right again on the first lane, then turn left when seeing a main road, and the bus stop to the airport is on your right. The walk takes less than five minutes. We took the 6am bus, and arrived at KLIA2 at 6:30am.」

「I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. 「從入住的那一刻就很多困擾和問題屋主沒有提供入住資料以及我們在辦理的時候找不到窗口，後來經過守衛幫我們協助問屋主才得到入住的訊息入住之前的一個禮拜就一直寫信給屋主希望他提供資料寫了三四封信沒有回覆真的是個沒有負責任的屋主房間內的設施 Wi-Fi不能用水龍頭漏水沖洗設備也很糟糕，整體而言就是慘不忍睹」
