The staff here is very polite and friendly. They always welcome us with a warm smile. Those who work near the pool are also nice. Swimming here is amazing, as you will feel like you are in a forest. For city dwellers like me, I’d suggest staying in this hotel as it’s not as cosmopolitan and busy. The trees give me a sense of comfort and calm my mood. If there were more restaurants nearby, that would be perfect. I’d have to order room service for two nights. "

"Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service.
