"I am disappointed with my recent experience communicating through the Expedia platform. I had submitted a few requests in advance of my stay, including arranging a bouquet of flowers to be placed in the room prior to check-in, but did not receive any response. This lack of reply affected my overall experience and expectations for the stay."

"This hotel was very disappointing. The executive lounge doesn’t serve any alcohol at all and the advertised refreshments were really poor, just a choice of a sandwich and pineapple juice from a large urn. The breakfast experience was dreadful so we only went the one time. The dining area was very dirty, the food was of poor quality and choice. The swimming pool had no loungers or chairs so there was nowhere to put your belongings if you did use the pool. The staff were just ok. Really wouldn’t recommend this hotel"

"Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. Overall good stay though."

"The resort was beautiful and the amenities fabulous! The pool along with the private beach was gorgeous. The spa was also a beautiful experience. We stayed in the rainforest chalet so be prepared for ants on the bed etc. The room was clean and the minibar stocked daily. The only con is the resort is a bit further away from main tourist areas (25-30) mins drive. On the other hand, it is very close to the Skycab!"
