「Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. 」

「Prime locationa and easy access to anywhere downtown. Close to the bus stops (just opposite to the hotel) which was very convenient when we wanted to go to Bondi Beach or other places. The room was spacious and the park view was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!」

「位置鄰近 Circular Quay 火車站，很方便。附近景點Sydney Bridge, Opera House, the Rock。 訂房住宿選了有view和比較貴的價格，入住 Elite Level 28/F ，雖然前面兩旁有高樓大廈，但也清楚看到Sydney Bridge，房間尚算整潔，但房間比較細，個人感覺按這樣的房間價格性價比不高。 但酒店尚算貼心，我的姐姐在訂這房間給我慶祝結婚週年，她在回覆酒店電郵有關check in and check out 時間時才提一下是訂給妹妹慶祝，酒店在check in 後，送了一個小蛋糕到房間。」

「The hotel location is fantastic and staffs are friendly. However we were disappointed because the room was not clean and was very dusty, my kids and I couldn’t stop coughing at night. Also we have booked and paid for the harbor view room but didn’t get it. Water temperature and pressure was inconsistent as well.」
