「AC doesn't work well at all. room temperature is 77 when turn on the Cold mode in summer. reception said would send a fan to my room, never happened. ask for room service for three times for one thing, failed. until the fourth time! took up a century. when I return to the room after the room cleaning, I saw my socks on the floor next to the trash. the used plates and so on, no one take care of it at all. no one come to collect. the bathroom is flooding when take a shower, u have to mop the floor...
