「Very helpful staff and seamless stay」

「Rooms are beautiful and always clean, resort is in the perfect location and staff is helping」

「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」

「Lo unico que no me agrado es que EXPEDIA menciona que incluy desayuno continental y solo incluye cafe o té y unas rebanadas de de magdalenas o un panqué ... Es mejor que no pongan desayuno incluido. Y al final no sé si es la ciudad o siempre hay Taxes extras de todo adicional a otras ciudades que encarece la cuenta total del hotel.」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」
