「今次是我第二次入住這間酒店，兩次都是住8天7晚，這酒店勝在地點非常好，乘搭B T S或M R T都方便，但可惜今次提供的房間與我期望有落差，上次房間內有個雙門雪櫃，浴室內同時有企缸和浴缸，方便我可選擇浸浴，但今次房間細小，只有企缸和一個細小的單門雪櫃。另外早餐食物都算多，只可惜菜單是隔日重複沒有什麼變化，即是1 、3、5、7是A菜單，2、4、6、8是B菜單，只住一兩天沒有問題，但好似我住8天便會感到早餐沉悶，希望酒店能考慮菜單上多些變化，令客人有新鮮感。」

「I booked a 4-night stay in a Deluxe Suite under single occupancy, as my partner was unable to join me at the time of booking. At the last minute my partner could join 3 of the 4 nights. I attempted to notify the property, but it repeatedly led to an error page. As a result, I informed the front desk in person upon check-in. At check-in, I clearly explained that an additional guest would be staying for the latter three nights. I was told that there would be an extra charge for breakfast, which...

Our room was spotless with a stunning open view, and the daily housekeeping was simply fantastic. The hotel facilities are top-notch across the board.
