「Excellent choice」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...

「Sehr saubere Zimmer. Grünanlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Parkmöglichekiten vor dem Hotel und auf einem abgeschlossen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.」

「What a nice place. Seemed very popular for local Italians also which was the majority of the guests. Stunning views of the sea and a great private beach. It is on a hill so be prepared to get your steps in walking up and down to various areas. But they do provide a shuttle which is great. Crystal clear water at the beach and the pools were terrific also. Staff super helpful.」

「We really loved our stay here at this property. It was a good location with a wonderful view. The pools and beach were nice (although shallow). Good breakfast options. The service was very good and appreciated. Nice sunset view too.」

「Le plus apprécié était: la proximité de la mer et le fait que les transats et le parasol soient compris dans le prix. La gentillesse du personnel, les commodités autour de la piscine, la qualité des repas. La vue mer depuis la chambre était bien présente et splendide même si nous étions logés sur un rez de chaussée haut avec un ascenseur extérieur bouchant un peu le reste de la vue. La propreté/ménage de la chambre, les chips, les friandises et la bouteille d'eau renouvelés tous les jours par...

「Strongly recommended if you plan to stay at the East coast of Sardinia. Orosei is 40mins driving, Olbia is 40 mins driving. The hotel its self is very clean and the staff are super friendly. Definitely not the last time.」
