A lovely location. Easy-going staff. The beach off the hotel is a real gem (warm, crystal clear water). Breakfast is simple and similar to other Sardinia hotels - plenty of choice.

The property is beautiful. The restaurant waiters are the best!! On the lowlight, the shower’s hot water didn’t properly work, and the beach in front of the hotel was quite dirty. Overall we’d stay again at this hotel, but it’s a little bit overpriced.

This property is located on the beach with great vistas. Has several pools but in my opinion they are very shallow. The restaurant does not offer an a la cart menu but rather a fixed meal and was the worst meal experienced for the price. However, the hotel is really nice and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help.

The air conditioning system is older and the thermostat in the room does nothing. We were there during a hot night and had to request a fan. The restaurant is not good at all. They run out of food several times during breakfast and getting a coffee is a chore. You can read other reviews about the dinner service being rude. Definitely not 5 star, OK, but they should adjust their prices.

Great hotel with limited dining options

Dear iec and staff were great. Just lack breakfast lunch and dinner options. Breakfast could improve with more hot breakfast. Only a buffet lunch available which is very limited. Pool cafe only does sandwiches. Hot food or even French fries would be good. No fresh ice cream either. Dinner is a set menu with limited options. We had no chicken option for the whole week we stayed there. Also there’s only one restaurant in the area so dining is limited. So hotel should give more choices. We had to take at 25 euro taxi each time we wanted to eat in the nearest town. Pool and beach are lovely! Classic room was disappointing as the balcony was really a ground floor terrace which looked on to a big hedge so no sunshine or sky view from room for the money we sprint really expected a better room!

Déceptions et contrariétés

L’hôtel se situe dans un bel environnement avec une mer cristalline mais ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec vue mer latérale qui coûte 100euros de plus que la chambre classique. En fait il s’agissait d’une chambre qui était identique à une chambre classique et on ne voyait la mer qu’une fois sur le balcon. La chambre était la plus éloignée, même la wifi fonctionnait mal. Elle était petite, la salle de bain petite et la douche digne d’un hôtel 1 étoile. La climatisation était vétuste bruyante même éteinte. Après moult discussions fatigantes le jour d’une arrivée on nous propose une autre chambre: un peu plus grande meilleure vue sur mer mais Clim plus bruyante et un placard ridicule pour ranger ses affaires. A la réception aucune compréhension notamment de la directrice pas sympa. Aucun geste commercial nous a été proposé et on nous a même réclamé le jour du départ de payer une bouteille d’eau. La salle du petit déjeuner en sous sol est sinistre pour un hôtel au bord de mer Prix injustifié pour un hôtel qui aurait besoin d’une vraie restauration Seule la plage dépendante de l’hôtel était agréable

Very nice stay, would stay again

Overall a perfect stay. Facilities are fantastic staff very professional + serious so at times appear a little unfriendly. Offered access to a room late (1700) on day of check out for showers etc. at no extra cost which was great. Some observations to pick areas not so good: price of onsite items is v-expensive. X2 versus Santa Teresa Gallura in a lot of cases. There is no alternative given the location but I guess this is what happens when you are a captive audience. We didn’t eat at the hotel and opted for one of many restaurants in STG. €20 taxi for a 5 min drive (get the shuttle bus in) negates the extra you would pay for eating in the hotel. Only other point which annoyed me was no water in the room each day. It was 30degrees and I would expect a bottle per person per day. There is water in the mini-bar which you have to pay for.

Short stay in summer

It was just a one-night stay. The hotel has a fantastic location and amazing facilities with 3 pools. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. However, and it is a standard in Italy, pillows were not great for such hotel. Breakfast just above average (no fresh juice and no à la carte service)
