「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「The staff is magnificent. The room and view is spectacular. The food was excellent. There were many things to do locally and Milan was very close as well. We stayed here for our anniversary and it was excellent. Would recommend anyone.」
