「Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions. Overall, service is excellent. Room and everything were tidy and clean. I will rebook this hotel next time I am in town.」

「Think about clouds, singing angels and a sunrise which gives you the slightest warmth after a cold morning. This hotel offers you an even better experience. One of the best hotels I have ever slept. Checking in was as easy as cutting trough butter with a warm knife. I was there during the hurricane but didn't notice anything when it comes to the wind or the rain.
