整體表現普通

房間的設備較舊，所以空調設備沒有跟房卡連結，容易忘記開空調。房內有點悶，開窗都比開空調舒適，而且床鋪棉絮很多！！！！很讓人過敏！ 屋內都是黃燈，個人不是很喜歡。 房間隔音不錯，還有更衣間，挺貼心的。服務人員的態度也是不錯。

酒店设施比较陈旧

洗手间较小，存在开着门就无法使用浴缸的情况。客房设施也比较陈旧，可能已经达不到现在主流标准4星的标准。

처음에 캐리어 끌고 찾아가기에는 지하철역에서 쉽지만 거리가 조금 됩니다 ㅎㅎ 鼓楼站 3번출구에서 쭉 직진하면 되는데 10분정도 걸어야하는듯해요 느리게걸으면ㅋㅋ 직원들 친절하고 방 크고 좋아요 근데 전 옛 건물에 투숙해서 욕조가 없었어요 하지만 강추합니당!!

1930年創業の老舗ホテルらしい

部屋のキーとなるカードで各種電気が使える状況になりますが、エアコンは独立して付けっ放しに出来るので帰ってきて部屋が暑くなっている事は有りませんでした。地下鉄鼓楼駅よりバスで一駅でアクセスは良く。1930年創業のホテルのようで、自分の泊まった旧館も良い意味で、雰囲気があるホテルでした。ただし三階建てとはいえ、エレベーターが無いようでした。ボーイさんが運んでくれそうなので荷物が多くても大丈夫そうではあります。

Good location, Minguo old property has small rooms

Our Standard room was in Old Minguo building with no elevator! Room was quite small and bathroom was equally small! Apart from the location, which was near Xuanwu lake entrance, this old building room did not justify the price paid.

Clean and quiet

I stayed on the second floor in the old-style three-story building. It was unexpectedly quiet despite the hotel is in one of the high streets in NJ. The room was clean, well worth the price.

地理位置還好, 房間不大

距離鼓樓地鐵站15分鐘左右路程, 但只需走一條大直路, 尚算方便. 房間不大, 酒店清潔人員熱情好客. 當天住雙人房加一床, 加床後感覺沒甚麼空間了. 距離美食街等主要吃飯地點一段距離.

気に行った古風な建物

近代的な高層ビルと３階建ての古い建物を持つホテルで、古いほうに泊まりました。玄関ホールの雰囲気がよかった。地下鉄駅からの距離は遠くなく近くなく、部屋は中国のホテルにしては少し狭く、朝食抜きの値段にしては少し高い感じでした。

地下鉄駅からは遠いが、部屋・サービスはOK。

最寄り地下鉄駅は1号線の鼓楼駅または玄武門駅だと思いますが、やや遠いです。中山北路・大方巷バス停にはすぐで、ここから南京市中心部はほぼどこへでも行けます。地下鉄5号線が開業したら更に便利になると思います。 他のレビュアーの投稿と同様、新館でチェックインし、エレベーターの無い3階建ての「民国楼」に通されました。1930年建築で、蒋介石や宋美齢が招待した外交官のためのホテルとして建てられたのだそうです。歴史を感じますね。 部屋は清潔で、浴槽はありませんがシャワールームでも快適です。WiFiは一部屋にSSID1個充てがわれており、速度も高速で問題ありません。スタッフも感じ良く応対してくれました。 エレベーターが無いので大きな荷物の持ち運びには不便ですが、宿泊環境は問題なし。おすすめです。

値段相応

値段相応です。外見は中国風で趣がありますが、内装は古く、廊下も暗い上に、清潔度もまぁまぁです。観光にはおススメしませんが、値段が安いので、ビジネス利用で寝るだけであれば良いと思います。宿泊した部屋はスタンダードで旧館の方でしたが、ワンランク上の部屋であれば新館だったかもしれません。

酒店位置唔理想。

出地鐵站後還要行一段大直路。路面因工程變得不平坦。拉喼十分不方便。晚上回酒店比較靜。酒店附近沒有便利店。

地下鉄にも徒歩でアクセスできる、落ち着いたホテル

とても静かで落ち着きのあるホテル。地下鉄Line 1の「玄武門（Xuanwumen）駅」と「鼓楼（Gulou）駅」までそれぞれ徒歩10分程度で行けます。表通りに面しており車の通りも頻繁にあるので、比較的遅い時間帯でも安心して行動できました。

excellent place to stay in Nanjing

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The location is a little far from the subway station (about 20 minutes) but there is a bus station right in front of the hotel.
