阿科基克 5 星級飯店

「Expected a much cleaner room, and higher quality service. Tub needs a complete remodel for such a hotel. Shower and tub quality was a 3-star quality! Room was not properly cleaned. Literally were charged for internet access, cheap notes on bathroom they if you take the soaps we will charge you $65! Will never go back.」

「很好」

「Everything was great, breakfast was amazing, parking was easy too, nice」

「Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again. Will not come back here.」

「好」

「Location is ok and the lobby/ bar/ restaurant facilities were good. Room wasn't great or amenities in room. Bar on rooftop wasn't open ( this should be made clear that it is seasonal). Little atmosphere as the hotel was v quiet. Offered an upgrade but it wasn't made clear it wasn't free. So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable.」

「cleaner try to open the door in the morning instead of knock door first. so rude ！everthing else is great」

「Great Thanks！」

「Very friendly staff, clean room and great on-site restaurant.」

「Good service.」
