Tianxiang 4 Stars Hotels

Both restaurants served delicious food. The service staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely make another trip. Both pools were wonderful, and the family play room was perfect for children of all ages. Lots of activities for the entire family. Also enjoyed the night performances by the fireplace.

The staff were all friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there, which is not something I encounter often in Taiwan. We got a "baby set" that was a baby crib, shower set (including small tub if needed) as well as a bottle dryer. It's a great hotel for families and very quiet with beautiful surroundings.

Amazing place by any standard. Great view, wonderful staff, very comfy and clean.

The room is clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Self-serviced laundry is a plus.

This property was great. The room, breakfast and laundry facilities were quite good for the price point. I just wished that there was an in-room safe to store my valuables. Otherwise, the B&B was very professionally runned.

Great room, great service, great location, great breakfast. No need to say more.

not bad. the host is kindly and gave us helpful info. about the area. will be better is the price could be lower. will recommend it.

Ocean view room, clean in and out also big size. Nice patio that you can enjoy the breeze from ocean. Staff are excellent and willing to assist , Great stay , recommend

The host worked hard to make sure our stay was a good one!

Great hotel with nice amenities at an affordable price! Very nice decoration and furnishings. New hotel, very comfortable, and staff very helpful. We found the free washer/dryer extremely handy to clean up our Taroko Gorge hiking clothes. The front desk provided excellent info to do self-guided tours through Taroko, including bus timetables and shuttle service arrangement. They also pointed us to the local stone market and night market. Would stay here again.

酒店地點、房間設計、相關設施、早餐食物都是很讚的！

Very pleasant hotel that is close to the HSR and very near to our daughter’s apartment. Parking is on the street but arranged by the very friendly staff. Rooms are all themed and very comfy. We were on the top floor per our request. This is not western style so mattresses are on the floor, but very comfortable. Hualien is a beautiful city with sites north and south. Car rental through car-plus is convenient and for our large group a must. Make sure you take interactive photos!
