"Staff Was not very accommodating! Front ask clerk named Jane didn’t seem to know her job and an assistant manager made a call and spoke derogatory about me not knowing that I spoke the language which is very unprofessional "

"The hotel provides me early check in and late check out. The only item that can be improved in the room is the lightning. It is very dim in the computer desk area. Very difficult to read or see the documents in that section. The rest part of the room is perfect and newly refurbished. Very functionable and efficient"
