The atmosphere is modern and stylish, yet welcoming. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, and we really appreciated how easy and relaxing the entire stay felt. The hotel amenities were excellent, and you can tell they truly care about creating a memorable guest experience. We loved every part of our visit and would happily return. Highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!"

"Room had plenty of room, Clean with a nice window view. I was perfect for our 54th anniversary. Easy walking distance from the Capital Grill for excellent dinning. The hotel offered a nice breakfast with a view to the Plaza."

"Me and my gf had booked a 1 bed room for our 3 year anniversary, not only has the room been above our expectations and exactly what we were wanting, but the lady at the front desk (who has been working at the front all day Thursday, I didn’t get her name!) has been the most helpful worker I think i’ve ever seen in any establishment. She kept very friendly conversation with us and seemed very happy about us having our 3 year at this hotel, and even invited us to the snack shop to help ourselves to what snacks and drinks were there. Me and my girlfriend both decided that if we wanna have a night in Kansas City again, we’re going though with you guys just because this worker lady was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for the experience!"
