「The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. 「给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。」
