"It’s an old hotel in an excellent location if you want to be close to penn station and center of everything like Empire State Building and time square. Hotel staff are quite helpful and beds are pretty comfortable. "The location of the hotel is at the centre of the city, very convenient. Although traffic jam on road surface is very chaotic but one may also choose to take subway which is connected to majority of the spots.
