「The hotel itself was great, and I love the museum theme. The room was comfortable, modern. and really nice. The weak spot was the staff. Everything from a front deck staff that seemed more interested in their computers than helping us, and valets who took 20-30 minutes to get our car.
The biggest pain isn't the fault of the hotel but while they are a pet-friendly hotel, there isn't a single plot of grass anywhere within 10 blocks of the hotel. The staff was well aware telling us "there is no...

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「The place was awesome. Very nice for us traveling with our dog. Nice area for him to relief himself. The included happy hour with food was a great option for us. Had we chosen to eat out the location was perfect as you could find just about every kind of chain restaurants on the strip.」
