「I have used Hotel Ballast exclusively when traveling to Wilmington, NC. I have always had the use of a walk in shower. However, this trip was different. I was placed in room 637 which had a bathtub with the use of a shower. I was not given the option of a room with a walk in shower. Based on ones age and to prevent accidents, rooms should be age appropriate based on guest needs. The room also had an extra door. I could see other guest or employees walking by that door. 」

「The room was large; the mini fridge was stocked (water was free) and snacks from the box were reasonably priced. It had a huge closet and big full-length mirror. The shower was lovely. There was a fenced in back yard for our dog and she was allowed to roam free. A happy hour included a free beer or wine. Coffee and tea were available 24/7. This place had every bell and whistle, even 2 moveable mirrors for hair and make-up. The bedroom had a nice round table for writing, laptop, playing...
