「It was an amazing experience! We went on a girls trip and do not have one bad thing to say! The pool was incredible, amazing view, and all the staff were so sweet and helpful! 「Check in was very easy and person at the desk was very polite. The bellman desk was also awesome . Had a late flight and they kept my bag till I left for the airport. 「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it.
