「Super mooi hotel, centrale ligging. Heel behulpzaam personeel je voelt je welkom. Valet parking erg goed en snel geregeld. Zwembad op de 19e verdieping is heerlijk. Mooie bedjes met zowel zon als schaduw. Rooftopbar is geweldig.
Ontbijt is standaard maar wij hadden een ontbijt a la carte. Veel keuze mogelijkheden.
De kamers zijn luxe en comfortabel ingericht. Mooi uitzicht.

「Comfortable Room but it needed to be cleaned, it was never vacuumed the entire time we were there.
Lots of dust under the mattress and very visible on the box spring.
Restaurants were good, very fun tiki bar and beautiful beach!
I really liked this resort, I wish I would’ve requested better cleaning in the room .」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day.
I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest.
We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay
Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Problem was not with the hotel itself but with Expedia. Website shows only beach front/sides, no mention this is a timeshare, nor garden rooms across the street! I booked a room, expecting and paying for beach accommodations. At check in I was told we had a garden room, across the busy street, second floor, no elevator. Since we are an older (80+), this was a real problem! I later learned all the units were occupied by the owners, Expedia only has 2 units available to rent. Resort itself was...
