「Staff was helpful and friendly. I preferred to the gym area to those in other resorts, it was not large but was sufficient for a vacation gym. Pools and ocean area were well maintained and staff was very attentive. If you're planning on leaving the resort in a taxi or uber, you'll need to notify the gate. It is kind of difficult to come and go freely without using the resort's services. The resort does offer plenty of services but, if you're a solo traveler and prefer to kind of do your own...

「The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. However, the check-in process took far too long (nearly two hours).
For an all-inclusive resort, I expected more activities and better room service options. While the amenities were decent, there is definitely room for improvement in those areas.
One of my biggest concerns was the number of cats roaming freely around the property, particularly near the dining areas. Guests were feeding the cats...
