"I really like this hotel, despite it being closed for seasonal work. The phone lines were down during my stay, which made it hard during my stay to contact the front desk. Other than that it was beautiful! I’m for sure coming back"

"Absolutely gorgeous! The only issues we experienced were 1) no bedding provided for the pull out couch and 2) the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, which made for a cold dash across the bathroom so I could grab the hand soap for washing up. Both issues were remedied by the hotel. "

"The Omni is the best summer getaway in the Phoenix area. The staff is excellent from the valet service all the way through housekeeping. Every employee we had an interaction with was top notch. Congratulations to the Omni management for hiring and training a staff of people who really have the guest’s best interest as their top priority. We will be back. "
