「Upon checking in we were placed in a room next the elevator and ice machine even though we requested to not be placed there. We upgraded for an additional cost. This caused a large billing error which upon calling the resort was resolved. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. Towels removed but not replaced. Coffee not replaced. One day no one showed up. Had to ask at desk for these things. Lacked paying attention to details such as no chairs outside sliding glass doors, bathtub had remnants...

「Room (Ocean View Suite) was amazing. Lots to do on site. Shuttle to drive you wherever you want to go. Close to outside restaurants, breweries, etc. Staff were super helpful with recommendations. Would highly recommend !!」

「It was simply stunning. Beautiful location, great facilities, spacious apartment and for a family of 5 the door key card being on the wristband is genius. Thank you for a wonderful stay」

「Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.」

「Great property, my only complaint was we had the same room with a couple we were traveling with and asked to be next to each other, they said they couldn't we had one room in between us even though nobody was in the other rooms. So Boo on you!!」
