「The hotel restaurant food was very tasty and the rooms were clean and well maintained.
However we asked to have the room cleaned twice while we were there and to have our linen changed and it did not happen during our stay.
Also had to beg for clean towels/washcloths and was told one night that they were out of towels and we would have to wait until the morning time, second night towels were being washed and we had to wait for someone to bring them up to room. By time someone came it was...

「Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great.」

「Checked in at 4:00pm and dropped our stuff off in the room. Went to the Orioles game and when we came back our keys wouldn’t work to get in the room. Went to the front desk and was told they moved us to another room. No one contacted me and our stuff was in the original room. They rechecked us in to the original room (after arguing that OUR STUFF WAS IN THE ROOM) and our keys still didn’t work. Went back down to the desk and the gentleman tried to active our keys. 「We stayed at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor because we had a relative at the Shock and Trauma Center nearby.
The Hilton staff, from reception to cleaning service, were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I would like to single out Mo ( Mohammad ) at the registration desk for being so helpful and friendly. Thank you.」
