"Beautiful hotel, strategically located right on the inner harbor - so it’s a great place within 2 mins of the boardwalk. The cost per room is not exactly what I would call good value. Staff are helpful and a little standoffish, but maybe that’s how things are done in Baltimore."

"Property is conveniently located at the inner harbor and restaurants. Find parking elsewhere /next door. The connected garage is much more expensive. Roughly twice as much. There was a ridiculously long line of about 15-20 people for a 4 pm check in. Room is very nice . Long hallways to walk from the elevator."

"Your front desk and valet were so kind and helpful . They definitely made our stay better . We were a family group and had four rooms lots of questions that they answered with a smile . They are definitely a plus to your hotel and the reason we would come back!!! In the evening we played games with our kids and enjoyed a drink in your lobby . Breakfast was good and enough choices , staff there also helpful . Room was clean , we did not use the pool ."
