The hotel and room were beautiful but.....Front desk needs customer service training especially when there is NO concierge in place. One employee responded "I would have to look that up online" to a question I had. But instead of looking it up, she just kept repeating herself. There was no-one else waiting to be served so I was confused by her response and why she didn't look it up. Even worse, NO ONE answered the in room phone, I tried "guest service", "concierge" and the local phone number on the phone for the whole 6 nights we were there. Ridiculous....A shuttle to nearby museums, restaurants, stores, etc.. would be nice especially since you advertised them as walking distance but they really aren't if you're over a certain age and it's over 90 degrees. And please stop advertising "Lexington Market" as a place to visit....it's full of drug addicts and homeless. I went there because of a placard in my room..it didn't seem safe at all and the restaurants/food stands were subpar at best.
