「When we arrived (our hotel was one of the few not affected by the water main break), we were upgraded to the 11th floor and received great service. Be aware… the 11th floor is directly underneath a nightclub and is verrrry loud. When we requested to be moved to a lower level, we were accommodated and Raheem (sp?) provided excellent service. Shout out to the bartender as well who made an excellent and stiff drink.」

The only thing - there were only 9 luggage carts at the hotel. The morning, I checked out there was not one to be found. Looks like the guest holds them the night before.
