"I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated in walking distance to the City Market. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and updated. Very nice and I would stay here again. I rated comfort 4 stars for one reason alone - I took 2 showers while I was there and neither time was I able to get the water to warm up to barely above freezing. I like hot showers and thoroughly hated both showers because the water would not warm up no longer how long I left it running. To be fair, I was there on business and only stayed one night, so I did not take the time to report the issue to the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so they probably would have at least tried to correct the issue if I brought it to their attention at the time I was there. "

"Wonderful stay at the hotel. Clean and attractive hotel. The front desk was very helpful with any questions we had . They even accommodated us for a later check out because our flight wasn’t until later on. The cafe in the hotel was also nice to grab a drink or a quick breakfast before heading out for the day . The hotel is centrally located to everything and made getting places easier . The pool at the hotel is also very nice to relax at ."
