「A beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the bathroom was pretty luxurious! Would highly recommend!」

「Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm. You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out. Thank you for another lovely stay.」

「I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back.」

「Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar」

「員工非常親切也樂於幫助我們的問題。早餐選擇豐富，很好吃，地點也非常好」

However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「This apartment was not an at but a very small room without any relationship to the advertised photos!」

「The location is excellent and convenient, with many delicious restaurants nearby and Granary Square within walking distance.」

「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...
