「In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.」

「Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「The staff was friendly, and the location is ideal. There's plenty of convenient parking, and we were able to obtain free beach badges prior to check-in. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar.」

「Only one of two elevators were functional, very inconvenient! All of the ice machines were inoperative and look to have been for quite some time. The pool was a gross greenish color. Very large potholes in the parking lot. Breakfast was not free like it used to be at ANY other hotel I’ve stayed at. Water pressure was terrible. Pillows were horribly soft.」
