「位置所在很热闹，出行方便，但是相应造成人流聚集混杂，客户设施比较老旧，配不上酒店星级标准，梯控没有门禁，人员可以随意到达楼层」

「Allt var bra förutom frukosten. För mycket folk samtidigt och för få sittplatser. Folk fick stå upp och äta. Det var kaos. Vi slutade äta frukost där och ordnade frukost själva. 」

「Front desk is helpful but shuttle bus driver is rude so I did not tip. That’s it. Other than that, everything is fine.」

「有訂早餐,但客服人員卻表示沒有含早餐,後來還要自己寫信給飯店,但已經損失了一天的早餐,雖然後來從免稅店選了禮物,但價值並不相當,亦難補缺失」

「Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. 」

「Was a pretty nice hotel overall went to NYC as a joke for one night and the hotel checkin was pretty easy checked in around 2am」

「My son and I stayed there in Feb and we LOVED it!! The staff was more than friendly with us and the location is perfect to entertain a 10 year old boy:) Nintendo Store, Lego Store, M and M Store and Pele ( Soccer)Store all in walking distance. We WILL be back!」
