「Stayed many times for cancer procedures at UF. Always a great stay...always」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. My appreciation to the staff of the hotel. Thank you so much!」

「This was our fifth visit to Sweetwater Branch Inn. Three times we were in the Cushman-Colson house, and twice in the McKenzie house. We were planning to stay in a cottage but it was not available at the last minute. We always feel so welcome here. It is walking distance to several restaurants and a park. We love to stay here when travelling through Gainesville for the individual, unique rooms in these historic, lovingly restored mansions. The grounds are beautiful and I often enjoy the outdoor...

「The room seemed to be less well maintained than rooms at this facility we had previously stayed at. Main overhead light in the main room did not work. Light over the desk are was loose and hanging. The light at the microwave did not work. The shower/tub leaked badly onto the bathroom floor.」
