「What an amazingly positive experience I had at this hotel. First, the young woman who worked the desk for checkin on Nov 17th was kind, helpful, considerate and patient. She smiled! The hotel itself is beautiful! The atrium! Wow! Loved the complimentary, pleasant shuttle to the airport. Loved being able to leave my car at the hotel. The bedding was lovely. A great experience all the way around. 」

「The Renaissance Center is well maintained, but long in the tooth. The facility is adequately located, but not convenient. I’ll stay there again if it is the cheapest option for the next conference. 」
