「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were on the third floor, which had a strong mildew and damp smell throughout the hallway. The first room we were assigned was unbearable—the odor was overwhelming, and there was visible mold on the ceiling. We requested another room, and while the second room was slightly better, it seemed like a large amount of air freshener or cleaning product had been used to mask the mildew smell rather than address the underlying issue. 「Lovely and spacious, so much better than a regular hotel room. It’s more like a complete condo I frankly wouldn’t mind living in. Loved the openness and huge tub in the larger bedroom, balcony, and for my family the full kitchen and laundry are the best. We really enjoyed both outdoor and indoor pools. I would recommend a ground level unit for families with little ones, readily accommodated by their welcoming staff. Loved it!」
