「The room was spotless and comfortable. One of those motels that is a great surprise. As someone traveling with a dog that doesn't like other dogs, exterior facing doors are a must , so it's always great to find a motel that has been renovated or kept in really good condition. It was a pleasant and restful night at a long road trip. I would definitely stay here again.」

In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」
